Whitening
We offer our patients the option of undergoing either a chairside whitening or an at-home whitening system. The chairside process, called ZOOM, involves spending one and one-half hours in the office with a light sensitive whitening gel applied to the surface of the teeth. Results vary from individual to individual. For the at-home system, custom retainers are fabricated to hold the whitening gel against the surface of the teeth. These retainers fit like gloves over the teeth to ensure full contact between the gel and teeth for maximum results. These retainers are worn a minimum of 4 hours daily for approximately 2 weeks. The same results are achieved either way. The main difference is the length of treatment time. For additional information, please do not hesitate to call the office.
